hydrometallurgical enriched raw materials

Products with hydro-metallurgical enriching of raw material, transforming valuable component into solution, methods of selective separation of valuable component from impurities with results in getting one of types of products and wastes purifying.

This technology allows to recycle different materials: production wastes, ashes from coal burning, the germanium concentrates containing germanium from 2% and more; secondary raw material of different origin.

Fiberglass production

Because of its high refractive power germanium is optimally suited for the production of fiber optic cables.

Night Vision

Germanium is used to produce infrared-transparent glasses and lenses for night vision devices and thermal imaging cameras.

High frequency

Silicon germanium is used in transistors for high-frequency electronics and fast digital technology.

PET production

Germanium dioxide serves as a catalyst in the production of polyester fibers and granules for recyclable PET bottles.

Product Variations

Germanium Polycrystalline Zonerefined

Hermetic polyethylene bags packed. Ingots are put into cells made of foam plastic. Number and weight of ingots are indicated on the ingot face and package. Outer package — cartoon box.

Metallic Germanium

Sealed polyethylene bag is packed and put into cartoon box. Package size is as requested by the customer. Chemical purity, sum, not less than, 99,999% (impurities Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni, Co, Ga, Al, Mg)

Germanium Monocrystalline

Hermetic polyethylene bag packed in the cartoon box, which are filled with protective material from damage. Number and weight of the ingot are shown on the package.

Gallium

Material: 4N 6N rectangular (blanks, windows) (spherical generated blanks, with elements of aspheric) for electronics, semiconductors and light-emitting diodes. Package: Thermal packaging (vacuum sealing).
