hydrometallurgical enriched raw materials

Products with hydro-metallurgical enriching of raw material, transforming valuable component into solution, methods of selective separation of valuable component from impurities with results in getting one of types of products and wastes purifying.

This technology allows to recycle different materials: production wastes, ashes from coal burning, the germanium concentrates containing germanium from 2% and more; secondary raw material of different origin.

Germanium Applications / Industries

Fiberglass production

Because of its high refractive power germanium is optimally suited for the production of fiber optic cables.

Night Vision

Germanium is used to produce infrared-transparent glasses and lenses for night vision devices and thermal imaging cameras.

High frequency

Silicon germanium is used in transistors for high-frequency electronics and fast digital technology.

PET production

Germanium dioxide serves as a catalyst in the production of polyester fibers and granules for recyclable PET bottles.

Sputter Targets / Evaporation Material

We supply high-purity noble metal targets for thin-film metallization by sputtering or thermal vacuum evaporation. Targets are available as pure elements or alloys, solid or bonded, tailored to your needs. Applications include data storage, electronics, glass coatings, photovoltaics, and mirrors. Evaporation materials are offered as ultrapure granules, wire, or slugs.

Product Variations

Germanium Polycrystalline Zonerefined

Packaged in polyethylene bags, with ingots securely placed in protective foam cells.

Metallic Germanium

Sealed in a polyethylene bag and packed into a carton box. Package sizes are customized according to customer requirements. Chemical purity (total) not less than 2N, 3N, or 4N, with controlled impurities including Fe, Mn, Cu, Ni, Co, Ga, Al, and Mg.

Germanium Monocrystalline

Packed in a hermetically sealed polyethylene bag and placed in a carton box filled with protective material to prevent damage. Each package is clearly labeled with the number and weight of the ingots.

Gallium

Material purity: 4N. Available in rectangular forms (blanks, windows) as well as spherical or aspheric blanks. Suitable for use in electronics, semiconductors, and light-emitting diodes (LEDs).

Germanium Dioxide

Packed in double polyethylene bags, securely placed inside a plastic bucket for safe storage and transport.

Germanium Tetrachloride

Soluble in organic solvents such as carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, benzyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, acetone, and others. Supplied in stainless steel containers.

Neodymium

Neodymium oxide and Nd metall is a rare-earth compound widely used in high-performance applications.

Antimony

Quality is tailored to customer specifications. Supplied from Sb ore, barite, and white barite as raw materials. Please contact us for detailed information.
